These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and deliveries made via www.bongiorno.eu. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
- Products & Availability
All products displayed are subject to availability. Bongiorno reserves the right to change product information, including prices, at any time without prior notice.
- Orders
Orders placed online are considered binding. Bongiorno reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect customer details, or inability to supply.
- Prices & Payment
All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering via the available secure payment methods.
- Delivery
Orders are shipped within Belgium and selected EU countries. Delivery times are indicative and subject to third-party carriers. Bongiorno is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods, provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.
- Liability
Bongiorno cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any misuse of products.
- Force Majeure
Bongiorno shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Limburg, Belgium.
