- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be longer.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Belgium
- Neighboring EU countries (Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg)
- Other EU countries as listed during checkout
- Outside the European Union.
- Delivery Times
Indicative delivery times (subject to carrier delays):
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Neighboring EU countries: 3–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Outside EU countries: 5 – 10 business days
- Delivery Responsibility
Bongiorno uses third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transportation. Customers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report damages within 48 hours.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days after delivery. The right of withdrawal applies only if the products are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Returned in their original packaging

- Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bongiorno reserves the right to withhold the refund until goods have been received and verified.
- Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles
- Customized or promotional items
- Governing Law
This Shipping & Returns Policy is governed by Belgian law.
