Tradizione, Generations of Craftsmanship
Tradizione means: knowing what’s good in life and enjoying it. It’s the art of passing on. Of recipes, techniques, life wisdom.
Tradizione stands for staying true to habits and rituals passed down from generation to generation. You find Tradizione in typical homemade dishes and drinks. Recipes that have been approved through the centuries and perfected by many generations. Tradizione is also the reason why we put our lemon peels in alcohol within 24 hours after harvest, as this preserves precious aromas.
